Introducing the New Omada Identity Cloud Documentation Portal

We are excited to announce the launch of our new documentation portal, designed to help our customers easily access information and learn more about how to maximize the output of their Omada Identity Cloud deployments. The Omada documentation portal is easy to navigate and packed with useful information to help our customers get the most out of our service. Within the portal, customers can find release notes, information on the data preview and vault services, basic and advanced configuration guides, including how to perform tasks within applications like onboarding, access requests, separation of duties (SoD), surveys, analytics, and an immersive search function making it easy for people to quickly find what it is they are looking for.

One of the biggest benefits of outward-facing documentation is that it can serve as a self-service tool for customers. Instead of having to contact customer support or wait for a response to an email, customers can easily find the information they need to resolve an issue or learn how to perform a specific task. A specific focus for Omada is providing our customers with the tools they need to be self-sufficient, as evidenced by the Omada Cloud Management Portal, which enables customers to create, edit, and delete environments, upgrade with ease, run tests, and more. These two offerings, not only improve the customer experience but also allows customers to focus on other important tasks, such as scaling out their IGA programs, automating processes like access request workflows, integrating new applications like ServiceNow, and more.

Our new documentation portal also serves as a valuable resource for new customers, who may not be as familiar with Omada and our capabilities. Clear, step-by-step instructions can help guide new users through the learning process and help them become proficient in using the software. This can improve the overall adoption rate of the software and increase customer retention. One of the key features of the new documentation portal is the ability for customers to submit their ideas and learn from others in the community, the Omada Hub. This way, customers can see how other customers are using our product and get inspiration for their own projects. Within the Omada documentation page, we have an Ideas Portal so that customers can submit those ideas directly to our team for consideration and development in future versions.
