Jakob has significant leadership, growth and transformation experience across software, technology, and professional services. Prior to joining Omada he served as CEO at software companies like TARGIT (now Forterro), Cambio Healthcare Systems and Traen (now Formpipe), and as Partner and Country Managing Director for Denmark at Accenture.
Rick brings more than 20 years of experience in cybersecurity and enterprise B2B software. He has held senior product leadership roles at SailPoint, IBM, Cerby, and Camunda, where he helped build category-defining identity and automation platforms.
Nils brings over 18 years of expertise in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA). Known for his deep technical vision and passion for innovation, he plays a central role in shaping Omada’s technology strategy and engineering direction. Nils has led cross-functional initiatives spanning product architecture, custom development, and customer implementations across Omada’s core international markets. His ability to bridge technical depth with business impact has made him a driving force in advancing how enterprises govern identities.
Rogier brings over 17 years of enterprise software leadership across EMEA, having held senior roles at Dell Software, One Identity, and most recently Quest Software, where he served as Vice President EMEA. His background spans identity and access management, data, and AI, giving him a broad perspective on the governance and security challenges facing modern enterprises.
Lars Moestrup is an experienced technology executive with a strong background in the software and SaaS industry, having held senior leadership roles in Professional Services, Consulting, and Customer Success. Before joining Omada, Lars served as Global VP of Customer Experience at SimCorp, a leading Danish software company specializing in Investment Management. He has also held significant leadership positions at globally recognized technology companies, including Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, and Software AG. Lars began his career as a UI Designer at Stibo DX, and from that very first role, a customer-centric mindset has been the guiding thread throughout his professional journey.
Gry has held several international and Scandinavian management positions within finance. Before joining Omada, Gry held a position as Group CFO for a Scandinavian live entertainment company and prior to this a position as CFO for Verisure. Gry has worked internationally in both large and mid-sized companies, including Private Equity backed growth companies like Omada.
Lisbeth has a broad HR and leadership background with expertise in global development and implementation of HR strategic projects in international companies. Before joining Omada she was the CHRO of Traffic Lab, a technology company in the affiliate marketing industry where she built up the HR function and redefined the HR strategy, HR processes, and overall HR administration to enable the next growth phase of the company. She has also held HR positions at Eltel, Sonion, and North Media where she built out the strategic competence management to ensure the right mix of competences and talents, management values, and development.
Mark brings extensive experience in driving strategic transformation and scaling software businesses. Before joining Omada, Mark spent several years at Bain & Company, advising B2B software companies and private equity funds across strategy, commercial excellence, M&A, and value creation.

At Omada we strive to build security and privacy practices that are transparent, repeatable, auditable, and rigorous. The SOC 2 Type 2 report is an internal controls report that captures how a company safeguards customer data and how well those controls are operating. The reports are issued by independent third-party auditors covering the principles of Security, Availability, Confidentiality, and Privacy. A SOC 2 report essentially verifies that your organization is in compliance with requirements relevant to security, processing integrity, availability, confidentiality, and privacy. It is meant for service organizations that hold, store, or process the private data of their clients.
