Omada Strengthens Research and Development Heading into Q4

Initiatives Position Omada to Scale Faster and Drive Increased Consistency and Standards Across Teams

COPENHAGEN, Denmark — Oct. 11, 2022 — Omada A/S (“Omada”), a global leader of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), today announced enhancements and restructuring of the company’s technology and product teams, led by newly appointed chief technology and product officer, Benoit Grangé.

The team’s primary goal is to create a strong product development team that is deeply engrained with customers and partners to deliver strong and innovative products to the market. In order to achieve this primary ambition, Omada has streamlined and simplified the product development process by consolidating previously disparate teams of Tailored Services Engineering Center (TSEC), Cloud Operations Management Portal (COMP), and Research and Development (R&D) and aligned them all under clearly defined responsibilities and focus. As part of these efforts, Omada has introduced new roles, including chief architect, cloud operations manager, release manager, documentation lead and UI/UX designer. The company largely drew from promoting internal talent to fill the newly created roles, including Nils Böckmann’s promotion to chief architect, as well as several others to team lead positions to further career development.

In addition to recognizing and fostering internal talent, Omada is committed to finding the best talent available to aid its growth as a leader in Intelligent IGA. Søren Grubov joined the company as the newly appointed vice president of engineering, after previously holding the same title at SimCorp, where he worked for more than seven years. He also spent more than a decade with Microsoft as a senior software development engineer.

These strategic initiatives, promotions and hires will help Omada drive increased consistency and efficiency, by standardizing duties and defining common processes and tools across teams. This will better position the organization to scale faster, not only with the recruitment of new staff but also with the release of future product features, upgrades, enhancements and functionality to continue at the forefront of IGA. The updated structure is designed to give customers even more confidence in the Omada SaaS offering, assuring its reliability, durability and scalability.
