According to a study published by Infosecurity Magazine, 43% of companies polled stated that their organization has either a committee, a social group, or some sort of initiative specifically for the LGBTQ+ community. Omada is a part of that percentage and each year, the company supports an organization working to support the LBTQ+ community in countries where the company has an employee base. This year, Omada selected Love Does Not Exclude, which has been working since 2010 for the recognition of same-sex couples by Polish law and for companies to create safe havens for all LGBTQ+ people.
