Omada Builds Out Leadership Team to Drive Its Next Phase of Growth in Digital Sovereignty and AI Identity Governance

Omada welcomes two new executives and promotes a third as AI agents, automation and data sovereignty reshape what enterprises need from identity governance

COPENHAGEN, Denmark, September 10, 2026 – Omada A/S (“Omada”), a global leader in AI-powered Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), today announced three key leadership appointments. These hires support Omada’s strategic realignment and fuel the next phase of growth, driven by Omada’s new products and go-to-market strategy.

Rogier Egberink joins as chief revenue officer (CRO) to accelerate growth across Europe’s key markets and beyond, bringing more than 17 years of leadership experience in identity, data, and AI.

Rick Weinberg takes on the role of chief product officer (CPO), leading product vision, roadmap and market positioning, with more than 20 years of experience in cybersecurity and B2B enterprise software.

Nils Böckmann has been promoted to chief technology officer (CTO), in recognition of his central role in shaping Omada’s technology platform and driving its engineering transformation.

Identity governance is changing quickly, driven by three major trends:

  1. AI agents and other non-human identities now make up a fast-growing share of what enterprises need to govern.
  2. AI is changing how the core work of governing human identities gets done, automating configuration and access reviews that used to require manual effort.
  3. European regulation and data residency requirements have turned identity infrastructure into a board-level priority.

Omada has spent the past year building for this shift, most recently with the launch of Omada Identity Cloud Private and the announcements of Omada Identity Sovereign and Omada Agent Governance:

  1. Omada Agent Governance extends Omada’s governance model to AI agents and other non-human identities (NHI).
  2. Omada is investing in simpler, automated identity management: AI that speeds up onboarding, translates technical access data into plain language, and gives reviewers ready-made recommendations, so organizations can run identity governance with fewer resources.
  3. Omada Identity Sovereign gives organizations that need full data residency and operational control a cloud-agnostic way to run identity governance on their own terms.

With investment across its core platform, its product portfolio and now its leadership team, Omada is positioning itself among the global leaders of identity governance and administration built for a market where AI agents, automation and digital sovereignty now define the baseline.

Nils Böckmann, CTO, Omada, said:Governing agents and non-human identities at scale is a harder engineering problem than governing people. The relationships are more complex and they change faster. As CTO, my focus is making sure the platform holds up under that complexity without losing the reliability our customers already depend on.

Jakob H. Kraglund, CEO, Omada, said:IGA is at a defining point. AI agents and non-human identities are redefining what needs to be governed, automation is changing how governance gets done day to day and European organizations need certainty on data sovereignty and compliance. Rick, Rogier and Nils give us the leadership to act on all three at once.
