Currently serving as a Field CTO with Omada Identity, he brings extensive expertise in technical strategy, IAM program development, and stakeholder engagement. Throughout his career, Paul has held senior roles driving identity initiatives, shaping product direction, and fostering trusted relationships with both customers and partners.

Thomas Müller-Martin

Thomas Müller-Martin is Field Strategist for DACH at Omada and a recognized authority in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with more than 20 years of experience shaping enterprise security strategies. He advises leading organizations on building agile, risk-aware identity governance programs that support digital transformation and secure cloud adoption.

Thomas is known for translating complex IAM challenges into practical solutions that reduce risk, modernize legacy systems, and enable business agility through SaaS-based IGA platforms. A frequent conference speaker and contributor to outlets such as Cyber Defense Magazine, Data Center Dynamics, and Security Insider, he brings a wealth of insight from working with enterprises worldwide. Iwan Dijkstra

Iwan Dijkstra is a Sales Director at Omada. With nearly a decade experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) working for technology vendors, Iwan supports organizations in shaping identity governance strategies turned into solutions that enhance security, streamline compliance, and mitigate risk. He focuses on bridging business objectives and technical implementation, helping teams establish clear governance, improve operational efficiency, and drive measurable outcomes. Based in beautiful Friesland - the Netherlands, Iwan is committed to advancing identity-first practices that strengthen trust and resilience across modern enterprises in Northern Europe.
