Introducing Omada’s Role Insights Dashboard

This release expands Role Insights with a new dashboard that leverages machine learning to revolutionize role management. By analyzing vast amounts of data, this dashboard identifies high-impact roles, enabling organizations to optimize role management processes, enhance security, and reduce costs. By understanding the criticality of roles and identifying potential security risks, organizations can streamline role assignments, eliminate unnecessary privileges, and make data-driven decisions to improve overall efficiency and reduce expenses.

The Role Insights dashboard provides organizations with suggested roles based on their data. Administrators can filter by the quality score, impact score, and more to discover the most meaningful roles that they may want to implement.

Deprovision Unanswered Survey Questions

This critical feature helps organizations maintain a least privilege model and ensure compliance with security standards. By automatically rejecting unanswered survey questions when a survey closes, access is revoked for any unapproved assignments, minimizing the risk of unauthorized access and data breaches. This not only strengthens security but also streamlines the deprovisioning process, reducing the administrative burden and improving overall compliance efforts.

Enhanced Configuration Options for Governance for Omada Identity

This release includes advanced configuration options for Governance for Omada Identity, providing organizations with greater flexibility and automation in managing user profiles. By automatically provisioning language, regional settings, time zone, and workweek properties from the identity to the built-in user properties, organizations can ensure that user profiles are accurately configured based on their specific needs. This reduces manual effort, improves data accuracy, and enhances overall user experience.

 

New Connectivity Options

We’ve expanded our connectivity options with three new connectors: Generic Relay, SAP Fieldglass, and CyberArk Privilege Cloud.  The Generic Relay Connector enables integration with ITSM or ticketing tools for manual provisioning tasks, making it suitable for initial onboarding or systems without integration APIs. For organizations using SAP Fieldglass, the SAP Fieldglass Connectivity package streamlines identity management for contingent workers by automating user provisioning and deprovisioning, enforcing access policies, and providing a centralized view. Additionally, the CyberArk Privilege Cloud Connectivity Package offers a pre-configured integration with CyberArk Privilege Cloud, simplifying the onboarding process and ensuring seamless connectivity. These new connectivity options enhance Omada Identity Cloud’s capabilities and provide organizations with more comprehensive identity management solutions.
