We’re pleased to share the January 2026 release of Omada Identity Cloud, delivering enhancements that strengthen audit confidence, improve governance controls, and streamline day-to-day operations. This release focuses on quality, stability, and performance improvements that make running the platform smoother while giving administrators and reviewers greater visibility and control over access decisions.
Let’s take a closer look at the new capabilities now available:
Stronger Audit Evidence and Compliance Traceability
Survey exports now include the identity of each respondent, giving auditors full traceability for every response. This enhancement eliminates manual cross-referencing by linking survey data directly to the individuals who provided it. For organizations preparing for audits or responding to regulatory inquiries, this means cleaner evidence packages and faster time to compliance sign-off.
Tighter Control Over Bulk Access Changes
A new permission allows administrators to enable or restrict bulk revocation capabilities by user role. This gives organizations granular control over who can perform large-scale access removals, reducing the risk of unauthorized or accidental changes. Security teams gain confidence that bulk operations remain in the hands of authorized personnel.
Assign bulk revocation rights to specific roles.
Faster Risk Analysis and Investigation
Users can now navigate directly between the Identity Portal and Identity Analytics dashboards for selected identities. Previously, transitioning between these views required some manual steps. This direct link helps security teams investigate access concerns faster and respond before they become incidents.
Link identities to their analytics dashboards in one click.
