New office will focus on the company’s AI/ML vision to provide a better experience of how customers consume their data
COPENHAGEN, Denmark — May 30, 2024 — Omada A/S (“Omada”), a global leader of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), announced today that it has established a Center of AI/ML Excellence in Alicante, Spain as part of its continued growth in Europe and beyond. This new center supports Omada’s mission to use analytics to make identity governance and administration (IGA) easier to deploy, manage and operate.
By establishing a research & development Center of Excellence in Alicante, Omada will enhance its ability to deliver innovation at scale. Leveraging AI/ML capabilities, Omada aims to provide unparalleled, simplified and secure IGA solutions to the market, ultimately making customers’ lives easier by reducing the time spent on repetitive tasks and mitigating the risk of errors. These efforts are supported by AI/ML technology, which can help in various ways such as reducing the risk of granting inappropriate access, alleviating repetition fatigue from identity governance activities, and mitigating security risks associated with users being given incorrect levels of access.
Omada’s growth in Alicante marks a key development in the company’s expansion in the Iberian region, where it’s also made 30 hires in the past year, including 10 new employees hired in the last three months for the new Center of Excellence. These efforts in the Iberian region are supported by both the local government’s commitment to growing the AI/ML industry and the work being done by AlicanTEC, an organization focused on promoting the southern area of Spain as a technology hub.
