Functionality

Connectivity between Omada and UKG enables organizations to:


  1. Import and maintain authoritative employee and workforce data
  2. Trigger Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes
  3. Automate onboarding, transfers, and offboarding events
  4. Detect and process employment status changes (hire, termination, leave of absence)


  1. Synchronize organizational attributes (department, manager, location, job role)
  2. Provide trusted HR data to drive downstream access provisioning
  3. Write back generated values to UKG (e.g., usernames, email addresses, employee IDs, or other calculated attributes)
