SOAP

SOAP is a messaging protocol specification for exchanging structured information in the implementation of web services in computer networks.

 

Functionality

Connectivity between Omada and SOAP enables organizations to:

  1. Load data from a system that uses SOAP via HTTP(s)
  2. Specify a custom request via a defined template in XML
  3. Specify XPaths for mappings in the form of text
  4. Read response data through XPath
  5. Specify security protocols
  6. Use basic authentication protocols or authentication services
  7. Select a paging mechanism

 

Supported Objects and Operations

    1. Identity data: Identities, Contexts, Identity Owners, Context Owners, Context Assignments
    2. Access rights: Accounts, Resources, Resource Owners, Resource Assignments, Resource Parent/Child

This connector for Omada and SOAP can be leveraged using Omada’s configurable connectivity framework, which supports standard connectors for SCIM, REST, OData, LDAP, PowerShell, .CSV, .NET, SQL, and SOAP.
