We’re pleased to share the February 2026 release of Omada Identity Cloud, delivering enhancements that simplify access requests, access removal, and operational communication, enrich reporting with customer-configured data, and expand integration coverage with a new Atlassian Guard connector. This release also introduces faster ways to navigate linked records and investigate identity context directly from forms and lists.
Let’s take a closer look at the key capabilities now available.
Streamlined Access Requests with Smarter Defaults
Administrators can now configure default filter values that are automatically applied when the Access Request page loads. The result is more consistent access requests across users and better alignment with governance and policy defaults.

Default filters align every request with organizational policies.
Clearer, More Predictable Access Removal
The redesigned Remove Access panel replaces the “revoke” and “expire” options with two straightforward choices: remove access immediately, or schedule removal for a specific date. This ensures consistent, predictable handling of access removal, improving users’ confidence that the outcome matches intent.
A clear choice: remove now or schedule for a specific date.
Communicate Across Your Organization with In-App Banners
Administrators can now configure a system-wide message banner to communicate maintenance notices, incidents, or policy updates directly in the application. Banners are categorized by severity (info, warning, error) and appear at the top of the screen when users log in.
Administrators can broadcast critical messages to all users directly in the application.
Richer Reporting with Extension Attributes
The Report Generator now includes customer-configured extension attributes, bringing the custom data fields used to make governance decisions directly into reports. Combined with a refreshed analytics interface, reporting and analysis feel more intuitive and more closely aligned with each customer’s environment.
Extension attributes bring customer-configured data into the Report Generator.
Governance Now Extends to Atlassian Guard
A new Atlassian Guard connectivity package makes it easier to bring Atlassian Guard users, groups, and access data under centralized identity governance with out-of-the-box connectivity.
