Supported Objects and Operations
- In the connection details you need to replace {tenantname} with your tenant name.
- The unique id is the external id, so if you are not starting green field you might need to change the task mapping/data model to do a look up based on the email adresss instead of the externalId.
Prerequisites
Since Bluedolphin is a SAAS tool you need to have connectivity to the public internet.
Network requirements
Port 443 needs to be open to the public internet
Minimum required permissions
An API key which can be generated in Bluedolphin.
