Martin is an accomplished and inspirational leader with a career that spans many countries and over 35 years in technology with Rackspace Technology, Marconi, Logica, HP, EDS and IBM. Throughout his career, he has led organisations to achieve significant performance focusing on customer success, execution and innovation.

Before joining the board at Omada, Martin was Executive Vice President at Rackspace Technology. Prior to that, he was Operating Partner at Marlin Equity Partners and Executive Chair for several Marlin companies. Before Marlin, Martin held positions at the global technology business for IBM in Europe as General Manager, Chief Operating Officer for Europe and General Manager for Benelux and UK & Ireland, responsible for outsourcing, consulting, cloud and security services. He has also held C-level roles with EDS/HP and CGI/Logica. A technologist at heart, Martin began his career in London as an engineer with Marconi advancing to Managing Director, System Integration.

Senior Managing Director, joined CVC in 2012. Sebastian is responsible for CVC Growth Partners’ investing efforts in EMEA. He is based in London.

Prior to joining CVC, he worked at Francisco Partners and UBS Investment Bank.

Sebastian studied at Boston College and the University of Glasgow, where he graduated with a first class MA in Business and Management. Prior to University, Sebastian served in the German military.

Managing Partner and CEO of CVC Growth Partners Investment Advisory, joined CVC in 2014. John is based in New York.

Prior to joining CVC, he worked at Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe serving as a General Partner for the Information & Business Services group and as a member of the management committee.

John holds a AB degree in Computer Science from Princeton University and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Lars Dybkjær founded GRO Capital in 2014 and is responsible for the organization of the firm, origination, investment execution and managing portfolio companies. Lars has more than 20 years’ experience in private equity, investment banking, and as an entrepreneur of a business he founded. In his career Lars has sourced and led more than 10 successful investments, has been responsible for more than 20 exits and has been a Board Member in more than 20, mainly knowledge-intensive, companies. Before GRO Capital, Lars was Managing Partner in DKA Capital, Head of Danisco Ventures, Founder and CEO of Pentamind and worked in Investment Banking in SEB Enskilda in London.

Lars holds an MSc in Economics from the University of Copenhagen and University of Californica, Santa Barbara. In addition, Lars holds a Global Executive MBA from Trium (NYU Stern, London School of Business and HEC Paris).

Franck began his career in 1987 when he became the exclusive partner of Intentia, a Swedish ERP company. Ten years later, he joined Intentia, as General Manager of EMEA and then EVP of Sales Worldwide. In 2006, when Intentia merged with Lawson Software, Franck relocated to the United States.

Franck joined SAP in 2009 as COO for EMEA. In 2010, he was appointed President of Europe, Middle East and Africa . in 2016, he became SAP global Chief Customer Officer for SAP

Today, Franck Cohen is a non executive Director in multiple companies. He is also a strategic advisor for Workday and UIPATH.

Franck is the chairman of a non profitable association, PassW promoting inclusive AI and he is also the chairman of Geektime in Israel, the largest tech media platform in Israel.

Franck studied Mathematics and Electronic Engineering at Tel Aviv University.

Kevin Hickey brings a strong history of software operations, strategy, capital fundraising, and mergers and acquisitions to his position as Chief Executive Officer. He joined Prevalent from BeyondTrust, where he led a successful turnaround that doubled the company’s revenue. Kevin joined BeyondTrust by way of the company’s acquisition of eEye Digital Security, where he served as CEO and Chairman. Under Kevin’s leadership, eEye experienced significant growth, launched several ‘market-first’ security solutions and brought the company back to category leadership.

Prior to joining eEye, Kevin was CEO of NetPro Computing, where he helped grow the business before concluding its very successful sale to Quest Software. Kevin has also served as the president and CEO of Homebid.com, where he secured funding and eventually sold the business to industry leader HomeStore.com.

During his seven years as president and COO at Viasoft Inc., Kevin led the company through a successful initial public offering prior to its sale. Kevin started his IT career at IBM, serving in several key marketing and executive business management roles.

Brad Hibbert brings over 25 years of executive experience in the software industry aligning business and technical teams for success. He has provided leadership with a track record of success as COO and CSO for various organizations including Prevalent, BeyondTrust and eEye Digital Security where his primary responsibilities included strategy, product management, development, customer success, services, and support. Over the years Brad has attained many industry certifications to support his management, consulting, and development activities. Brad has his Bachelor of Commerce, Specialization in Management Information Systems and MBA from the University of Ottawa.
