Omada Highlights Pro-Women Initiatives on International Women’s Day

COPENHAGEN, Denmark — March 6, 2026 — Omada A/S (“Omada”), a global leader of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), is celebrating the contributions of women as the company observes International Women’s Day. Omada is dedicated to fostering a culture that acknowledges women’s unique capacities and empowers all individuals to reach their highest potential.

International Women’s Day celebrates the achievements of women across industries and around the world. This year’s theme, “Give to Gain,” highlights the power of reciprocity and support critical for any movement to thrive. By giving financially or with resources such as advocacy, training, infrastructure, mentoring and time, people contribute to a world where women experience parity in all aspects of life.

Due to Omada’s dedication to creating a leadership pipeline for women across the organization, women comprise 43% of the company leadership roles. Omada conducts focused initiatives including mentorship programs, unconscious bias training and development opportunities.

Omada also rigorously analyzes its salary data to ensure they do not perpetuate a gender gap. The company also scrutinizes job structure and hierarchy, and lists salary ranges in job requirements to demonstrate transparency and equity.
