About our user research initiative

We conduct user research in order to better understand our users’ needs and to optimize our product and experience. The research consists of studies, which are conducted in the form of interviews, usability tests, surveys and other. As part of our studies, the participants are asked to share their feedback on new and existing features, which enables us to build and maintain our product.

Remote studies, such as usability tests and interviews are recorded and transcribed. The recordings are used solely for the purpose of transcription and analysis and are stored until the study is completed, which can take up to three calendar months. All collected data, including transcripts and analysis, is anonymized and stored until the project is completed, which can take up to one calendar year. Participation is voluntary and all participants are able to opt-out of the program at any time.
