Prerequisites
Before starting this course, you must have completed the FND100: Omada Identity Foundation training.
Description
This course gives participants an introduction to the rationale and framework for working with processes in Omada Identity/ Omada Identity Cloud and how this is configured to match a customer’s business processes.
After completion, participants will:
- Be able to build an Omada Identity/ Omada Identity Cloud workflow/process
- Know how to initiate, control, close and follow-up on a survey
- Understand, on an intermediate level, the creation of survey templates in Omada Identity/ Omada Identity Cloud.
