Participants will go through Project+ and Process+ approaches, explore the best practices of Omada project delivery, and then will see them used in practice while exploring a case study.
After completion, participants will:
- Understand Project+ and Process+ approaches
- Be able to deliver a project using Omada best practices and recommended tools
- Be familiar with the Omada Project Manager profile
