Prerequisites
Before starting this course, you must have completed the FND100: Omada Identity Foundation training.
Description
This course gives participants an introduction to the concepts, principles and governance practices of Omada Identity Application Management as well as addressing some of the more technical aspects including monitoring, basic accesses and troubleshooting day-to-day operations.
After completion, participants will:
- Understand and execute daily governance operations in the platform.
- Be able to monitor the Enterprise Server, Omada Date Warehouse, SSMS and Windows event log.
- Verify and troubleshoot the performance of various interfaces in the Omada Identity.
